“We have previously bought two double Ottoman bases from The Bed Factory and we use them for general storage as they are quite robust. However this purchase of a single Ottoman is very disappointing as it is not of the same build specification as our previous Ottomans. Our specific complaint is that there has been a change to the material and construction used in the base/floor of the Ottoman in that it has far less strength bordering on the flimsy. There should have been some indication at the shop display that this Ottoman is not suitable for general storage but only lightweight bedding. We would not have purchased this bed with that knowledge but looked around the shop for a higher specification.”
