“Lots of space under bed, better than draws. Lifting is easy although a bit flimsy. Pleased so far. Booked delivery for Friday but not having heard called and was told all going ahead for Fri no problems. Called on Thur as still not heard from couirer as promised, only to be told not delivering Fri. So taken a day off work for nothing, was not happy. I then did a google and found I wasn’t the only one to complain about delivery service. They called me back and arranged for Tuesday, it was delivered. So be aware regarding delivery”
“Excellent bed..good quality. Don't be fooled by the select a delivery date. Bed Factory have no control once it has left the factory. The delivery date is not in their control.”

“Delivery of this bed was great as the company texts and phone calls kept me updated and the two delivery men were professional. However, unfortunately, there was a problem with one of the castors being unable to fit into one of the channels on the base so I was unable to use the bed. This should have been quality checked before delivering to a customer! I immediately contacted BedFactory who at first said he was surprised as this had not happened before(!!), I replied, well it had happened to me so they needed to sort it out. I was told I should ensure I pushed the castor right in - as if myself and my burly son had not done that already! I tried again but had to contact them to sort this out. They did email back but did not contact me again when they said they would, so I had to email again. Eventually, they said someone would visit to sort the castor out one week and two working days after delivery. There WAS a problem with the castor channel (obviously) but it was sorted. Unfortunately, I also found problems screwing in the bolt connecting the mattress base which was very difficult to get in. The bed is now up and being used and my son says it is very comfortable, so I am happy now, but I wish I had not have had to wait so long before being able to use it. Would I order from BedFactory again? Well, despite all the hassle, yes I would. The bed is great, with great storage but I would give BedFactory a bit of advice - please quality check before delivery to stop this sort of thing happening again!!”
