“Well we ordered this bed on line on Monday and also spoke to a nice guy in sales called Josh via there chat line who was extremely helpful and informative. This is the first time i have brought anything of the bed factory but looking on line the beds looked to be made of very good quality material so we ordered a 5ft double end lift Ottoman to be delivered today friday the 8th March 2020. Wow at 5-50 am this morning i had a text of the delivery driver saying he would be with me around 6-30am anyhow 6-50am they turn up and take the two halves of the bed up into our newly renovated bedroom Wow what a great service very polite and efficient. My wife and I soon removed all the packaging and bolted the two halves together connected up the gas struts and fitted the chrome glider feet what a great solid bed it is we are well pleased with it and I would not hesitate to recommend this company for there beds and there customer service to any of my friends and family.”
