“After reading some of the reviews I was worried I would not get my bed. I had emailed and called but no one ever replied. On the day of my supposed delivery I waited and waited and eventually got a call from the driver saying he was outside. . I helped him with my bed was relieved it was here. . The bed itself I can't fault gtp what I ordered and does what gtp says on the tin. . I understand that there are limited staff at call centres but they need to improve this otherwise people's reviews will only get worse. . I'm pleased with my bed and would recommend them to anyone but communication needs to be sorted. .”
“Great bed, was easy to put together, looks really expensive but wasn't. Unfortunately, there wasn't any holes to attach the feet, but very minor issue. Very happy”
