“The bed we ordered is great quality and good value. It arrived a day late, however. I rang Beds Direct and informed them that the courier company they used on this occasion - XPD - have some of the worst customer service reviews I have ever seen! The lovely Michelle agreed to contact the courier firm and ensured the bed was delivered within a few hours. Beds Direct are great, but take some advice use an efficient courier firm in the future!”
