“Was informed when the base was coming. It was on time. Two cheerful friendly men delivered it and removed the divan bed. Both very helpfull and carefull.”
“Booked and paid for the divan base and mattress to be removed upon the delivery of my new bed. While they were happy to take the divan base, I was told they wouldn't be taking the mattress. It took some lengthy conversation and the delivery team checking before they reluctantly confirmed what I already knew that I had paid for the mattress to be removed as well. We got there in the end.”
“They were able to remove my bed and mattress but for some reason, a lot of debris was left on a neighbour's welcome mat. This neighbour came to complain to me and had also taken a picture of all the bits and bobs that were left. I can only hope they had been placed there and then accidentally forgotten about, but still, not ideal.”
