“Delivery of the bed took three attempts, first was where mattress would not fit up stairs and base got stuck in lift, second only brought one side of new mattress, third one brought the other half of the super king mattress. The delivery team that came to the house were very courteous but when your told that the van has broken down and the other half of your mattress is stuck on it in a compound they can't get to until after the weekend is very annoying to say the least, and the replacement to use whilst we waited was as hard as a brick and gave me back pain.”
