“The headboard that should of been delivered and fitted did not arrive with the bed it was left at the warehouse, I find that there is no customer service available between the 23/12/2022 and 3/1/2023 even though my delivery was on the 22/22/2022 I have received no apology and the person “Kev” I spoke to at the Warrington branch was very very unapologetic and rude, I get the impression the branch was eager to take my money but not to help or resolve me complaint. Just a simple I’m very sorry would of gone a long way, I really hope I receive my headboard soon and a refund for the bronze delivery service I paid upfront for but did not receive.”
“A poor service. The delivery men left scuff marks on our newly cleaned carpet. If they had worn over shoes, it would have been prevented. Also left a mattress in our hallway as we had a problem fitting one of the coasters.”
