“Delivery was fine. They removed the old mattress as required and brought the new one in and placed it on the bed. We were a bit disappointed that they did not remove the two layers of plastic that were covering the mattress so my wife and I had to cut it all off which was a lot of effort for two oap's , and to dispose of it all in our bin which took a lot of room. Perhaps this could be corrected for future deliveries. Apart from that everything was fine.”
“Excellent service. We were given a time slot and kept informed of expected time of arrival. The 2 men quickly removed the old mattress and replaced it with the new one. The service and advice we received in the shop was excellent too”
