“I got the mattress and it’s not fit for purpose. I got 2 mattress and l didn’t sleep on the mattress as there were so hard and even my daughter complained so we slept on an airbed. I called the office and explained and they were so rude. They gave me two different reasons and the other member of staff told me that the mattress were prefect and it’s my fault that there are hard and am looking for comfort. I explained to them and they have send me an email starting that l need to rotate the email for at least two months to get comfortable. I suffer from a bad problem and l explain in the shop but now there are being rude and they hanged up the phone on me.

“Cameron from Aintree offered me mattress/recycle removal within bronze delivery method (40 pounds), Cameron assured me that they will fit your bed and take away the old one more than couple of times over the phone but delivery team declined to take away the used mattress and said they are not aware of the same and Cameron never spoke to them. If they made part of the deal, they should have informed the delivery team. My case that didnt happen.”
