All packaging & the old bed were taken away.

“Was told the men would dismantle and take away old bed and put together nee bed. The guys who came were annoyed they had to unscrew the two parts of the old base and complained bit stropy which made me feel uncomfortable . They said they would have words with the shop… really not my problem .this did not feel like a gold service. The smaller man of the two was lovely and polite, the larger man who picked up the mattress alone had amazing strength but lacked diplomacy”
