“Overall very pleased with the instore service and my bed, but your delivery guys let you down. Two arrived, didn't take off shoes even though I said new carpets. One was experienced but the other wasn't and didn't listen to his colleague well. He even commented 'you've just done exactely what I told you not to'. They also rang me before delivery and put me into a panic, saying was I sure the bed and headboard would fit. When I mentioned I had 3 previous superkings and the measurements were the same as the product ordered, so we should be good, they commented 'well the sales guy will tell you anything for a sale, don't get me wrong we will try I best to get it in'. There were no issues, the headboard was made exactly to the sales invoice. I would recommend your company, love my bed, but your delivery guys just took the shine of the process :-)”
