Two men arrived at my home with the divan and the headboard on 10 November. They were unable to connect the headboard to the divan because the bolts that should connect the headboard posts to the divan could not be screwed in. The bolts would not enter what should have been a compatible metal internally threaded component.
I was told the divan would need to go back to the factory and a new divan would be delivered to me.
I enquired about the above on Friday 24 November and spoke with Jack in the late afternoon. Jack said he would pass on my report.
