“Great, sturdy bed which was easy to assemble. Delivery was delayed a couple of times but customer service were very good. Word of warning on the ottoman system though: our mattress is rather thick and heavy and it takes some serious physical exertion to lift, even with the ottoman hydrolics.”
“Nice looking bed. Fairly straightforward to assemble with 2 people . Annoyingly the cups that fit on the end of the slats were a nightmare to insert into the base. Needed brute force and a hammer. Had thought this would be the easy bit. Either need to improve instructions if there is a technique or adjust the pins on the cup”
“Lovely product, and as described. The delivery was fast and spot on time. We received a text and an email the day before with a delivery window. The drivers were friendly and respectful of the property. The bed was built in around an hour by two people - not bad going. The instructions were clear and all screws and bits were there as well. All in all I can recommend the company and the product. 10/10.”

Received order confirmation then received text day prior to delivery with time slot for delivery then received phone call next day from driver to say we’re on way. Great service and my daughter loves her bed. This item was also over £100 more expensive on other websites”
