“What can I say but an absolute nightmare. Ordered ottoman bed. Three weeks later arrived. Wrong bed. Attended Aintree shop to be told speak to customer services. Spoke to them, no help. Bed collected the next day and base supplied as we were sleeping on the floor. Week and half later bed delivered. The bar to support frame did not fit. Spoke again to customer services. Absolutely no help at all. He actually said he didn’t like the way I was talking to him. I was civil. I had to call them every time despite promises of a call back. He said I can’t get anyone to you until tomorrow. Had to sleep on the floor again. Gentleman who delivered bed came took the bar away. Came back after he had spoken to the manufacturers. He managed to fit the bar with longer screws. He was amazing and apologised. Still no call from customer services three days on despite saying they would compensate me. If it hadn’t of been for the delivery gentleman I well believe I would be still sleeping on the floor. Hence I will not recommend this company and will not be purchasing anything from them again.”
