“I work in customer service so my expectations are very high, this company have met them 110%. We originally purchased our bed around 2 years ago and had no issues until recently when it began to creek a little when turning over at night, I contacted the company as we were aware of the guarantee but expected a bit of a fight with it having been a couple of years, however they came back to be almost straight away and reviewed the photos/videos we sent and agreed to switch it, the swap date/time was set and stuck to faultlessly, drivers were helpful and polite! Not a bad word to say about the entire situation”
