“I cannot fault this company, the communication is excellent and they arrived at the time promised, with an email and text to confirm. We wanted a different headboard and they were more than happy to deliver the new one and collect the original. The phone is answered first time and the young lady I dealt with was helpful and efficient, and called back when promsed. We had changed our minds but also broken a strut on the original one and they had no quibble with us returning it. I will certainly use them again.”
