“Can not believe how great value this bed is! I would have paid double if I bought on the high street. Good quality and at an exceptionally low price. Only reason not to get 5 stars was the service received during delivery. I was told the day before it would arrive from 7am and I'd receive a call 30 minutes prior. On the day I received a call at 6:30am telling me it had arrived and they wouldn't wait for me, so had to leave on the door step.”
“Following the arrival of the bed base, it resulted in a far better nights sleep. The base is well made and I am so pleased I opted for the optional matching headboard. The slider at the foot of the bed is very useful and easy to use but I wish they had used a more rigid material for the sliding doors although they work fine now.”
“Faulty caster socket. I submitted a video to show the problem. The company were apologetic and helpful in rectifying the fault. The quality of the item is satisfactory but velcro to hold the opening cover in place would be an improvement.”

I checked which beds were available for immediate delivery with the online chat and was given links to two, places the order and took delivery three days later. Delivery men called half an hour before turning up and were friendly and efficient. I would definitely use Bed Factory again”
