“Bed supposed to be delivered Friday, no show, no contact. Bed company office hours 9.30 to 4.30 weekdays, half day Fri and time off for lunch (nice work if you can get it). Spoke to them Monday, told would be delivered that afternoon, although not convenient for me as at work. No show again. Same story Tuesday. Eventually arrived Wednesday afternoon. Zero contact from delivery firm in that time, and I had to keep badgering the bed company. Bed seems ok, but obviously early days. Easy enough to assemble, but many would struggle with instructins, literally two small pictures only. One bolt badly made and didn't fit, but I found something similar in my box of odds and ends. Finished product looks ok.”
