“Very pleased with this bedframe and the value for money. I needed to get a courrier to pick up the bed from the warehouse and the staff at BedFactory Direct were super friendly and helpful even though this was non-standard. There were a few dents in the wood when the delivery arrived but that could have been done by my courrier who was not part of BedFactory Direct.”

“Bed arrived but the headboard was broken in transit. Emailed the bedfactory and a replacement was sent shortly after. Bed seems to be of good quality especially for the price and was easy to put together.”
