“Although we had to wait quite a while for this bed frame due to no fault of the bed factory, we are so pleased with it. This bed was for my teenage daughter and it was absolutely worth the wait. Communication from the bed factory and delivery was superb too. Would recommend this bed and the bed factory.”
“Overall I am happy with my new bed. Lost 1 star as product was original listed as in-stock on the website but turned out to be out of stock and so I had to wait about a month for it to come back into stock again however customer service was good, fast response to enquires. The bed itself is of good quality with plenty of storage space underneath. It was a bit challenging to assemble due to lack of space to assemble the metal frame separately as instructed in the instruction manual and the YouTube video but I came up with my own solution. Total unboxing and assembly time was around 4 hours (with just one person).”
“Nice clean design, heavy and solid. Generous storage space. As far as quality is concerned the finish is good but some screws on the headboard had been over tightend when made and had ripped apart, the wood seemed to be more MDF than the hardwood advertised.”
“Good quality and value for money. Quite easy to assemble although ideally needs two people and would definitely recommend using the YouTube link provided on the paperwork that comes with the bed as this makes the process easier and is a good check that you are putting it together properly. The bed is very hard to close without a mattress and this is obviously a safety feature. It will close though if you want to check that the hydraulics are working”
“Looks really good. Solid, & heavy. Great, deep storage underneath. Comes in 5 separate packages. Easy to follow instructions & husband built it ialone in less than 3 hours - he's a confident flat packer, but not a DIY expert. Tip: make sure the headboard is facing the right way beore you construct the whole bed. 4 screws & a label are showing if you get it the wrong way round! Finally, take care when walking round the bed, as the corners of the baseboard are sharp”
