“The bed arrived on time and delivered by lovely drivers. Did not like the colour at all, however , company did not have a collection policy for returned goods. As a result ended up keeping frame. Disappointed with the company.”
“Ordered a single bed for my son and chose a ‘preferred delivery date’ the day came and no delivery, I rang to see when it would be delivered as I had made arrangements to be at home that day. I was told it would be with me the next day, but the next day still no delivery, I rang again and was told the tomorrow but again no bed. The following I rang and was told there had been a mix up between them and the supplier but it would definitely arrive the following day. The day came and no bed. I rang again and the mix up was confirmed and I would now get special next day delivery as it had gone way passed my preferred delivery date. No bed delivery the next day, it was now Sunday so left it until Monday to ring and when I called I was told it would come today. It did with 5 minutes to share in its allotted delivery time a lot. However all this frustration the bed itself it a good quality well put together pine bed and I am very pleased with it.”
