“Very poor quality!
In particular the Allen bolts and captive nuts fixing the head and foot boards to the side rails - threads are very cheap and poorly made - in fact I had to buy slotted coach bolts & nuts - the fixings supplied were binned!!
Because the Allen bolts supplied were easily cross threaded making the convexed nuts turn and burst through the very thin wall of the timber on the side rails - - extremely disappointing and not of merchantable quality - not fit for purpose.”
“Assembled the bed Thursday night, the bed has just collapsed because the middle strut with two flimsy legs, is too weak.
I require you to collect the bed please ASAP, and refund the cost.
