“Really pleased with the divan base. As described and easily assembled including the chrome glides. I would have given 5 stars but for lack of communication concerning delivery. I was aware no time slot would be given for the chosen delivery date, but expected an email or text to inform the order was "out for delivery". As time went on I emailed customer services to ask if the base was being delivered that day and in fairness they replied to confirm the base would arrive that day. The base was delivered late in the day but a simple email or text early morning would have stopped anxiety wondering if the order would be fulfilled on the chosen date.”
“We ordered our new 5 ft Ottoman bed on the Monday after talking to a guy called Josh on the internet. He gave us the price which was great and we were told the bed would arrive on the Friday. Well 5-50am my phone goes off and its the driver telling me he will be with us about 6-30ish wow 6-50am there here the lads put the bed into our room for us and off they went what great service. 7-30 me and my wife had fitted it all together dead easy and looks a really sturdy bed we are well pleased with it brilliant company we will recommend to our friends and family.”
