“I ordered a bespoke size and was expecting to have to wait a while for it to be made, so I was surprised when it was arranged for delivery in one week from my order in-store. The bed arrived and was absolutely perfect, I had been worried in case of a slight variation in the length, as I just didn't have any wiggle room, but they did exactly what I asked. Couldn't ask for more.”

The delivery guys emailed and turned up at the said time and nothing was too much trouble for them. Again the delivery team were top notch and placed the items in my bedroom.

“Love the divan bed, but error made after ordering. Wrong bed arrived 1 day too early. However the correct bed was delivered the following day. The delivery men had not been instructed to collect the wrong bed. Great product and delivery but communication was severely lacking in the sales team.”
