“Difficult to find the size we wanted until we found Bed Factory Direct. Good choice of fabrics. Delivery to suit. It came well packaged and was easy to assemble the two pieces and feet. It was fiddly getting all the bits of red plastic off from the bags with the feet. I would have preferred them being taped on rather than stapled. Overall we are very happy with the bed and would purchase from there again.”
“Fabulous customer service! The three extra high divans I ordered wouldn't go up the stairs, so they took them away and made custom ones (for a small extra charge) in four pieces instead of two. There was no fuss, the delivery drivers on both occasions were polite and very helpful and the beds are exactly what I wanted- good quality and comfortable. Would recommend!”

“Order process completed absolutely fine and with no difficulty. However, when the products were delivered, we had expected the beds to be erected by the delivery team and for all packaging to be taken away. The delivery guys said that was not included in our order, but the salesman at the time even commented specifically that this would happen and that was what we expected.
On opening the first bed base, we found the underside of the bed base torn and ripped open, even though there was no damage to the plastic sheet packaging itself, so the damage must have occurred at the factory. It took an extra week of waiting to get delivery of the new replacement bed base.”
