“The bed arrived quickly. I was able to choose my delivery slot. They called me the night before to say that they would come early in the morning - some Irish chaps - very lovely. I am a 30 year old woman. I put the together myself without help (probably not advised but the point is that you can do it). It was easy to put together (not like the Ikea furniture I bought). The bed is beautiful and is of quality. The service was bed factory direct was also very good. I would totally recommend Bed Factory Direct for their product, and service.”
“Hi i ordered a bed approx 1 month ago it was out off stock but TBF was quick to get it in stock and send it out for delivery.. But im sorry to say that the delivery company used was absolutly terrible.. (XPD) i payed for delivery for a specific day but this company did not deliver it took them another 2 days this is after id got rid of my old bed on the day of deliv. Also the driver made comments to my partner that werr uncalled for a complaint has been put in for XPD”
“A really stylish bed and well thought out design. Although partially flat packed it came in robust packaging and was easy to put together. I thought the supports in the middle of the base were a good idea too. Excellent customer service. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Had to change the delivery date twice but nothing was too much trouble.”
