“Delivery man was really nice and helpful. Put it together on my own with ease. It's a good solid bed looks lovely and I bought it together with a pocket sprung mattress which is very comfortable.”
“My bed eventually came 2 weeks after the first scheduled delivery date. After arranging time off work to accept delivery, I was told it would have to be changed to a date 10days in the future as they don’t deliver on Wednesdays in my area. On the 2nd scheduled delivery date - again arranging a day off work - the delivery was rearranged as the truck had apparently broken down. The bed eventually arrived the following Wednesday despite being previously informed they don’t deliver on this date. No issues with the bed and mattress as both are good quality and exceeded our expectations. However, the service screams ineptitude and amateurish.”
