Thank you for your review. As far as we know, we don't supply the pillows to Beechfield House, we only supply the bed linen unless they are very old in which case they would feel very different from a new one as they would have had at least 7 years of usage by now.

“Bought two, one for me and one for the OH. They're a bit on the hard size, and are plumped daily, each morning. Had them a coulple of weeks, now, but don't really see a difference to the pillows I had prevously.
Would not be happy if I had paid full price for them.”
