I bought the microfiber pillow and I am so in love. Delivery was really quick and I have slept so well every night since having it. Will definitely get a second one soon for my partner.

Really disappointed. I have had these pillows before and they were great but this pair have flattened really quickly, literally within a couple of weeks. I contacted Beaumont and Brown but they have failed to reply which is even more disappointing.

Good Morning Tracy, Sorry to hear that you're not happy with your Microfibre pillows. We've checked our enquiries email and we've not heard anything from you? We want our customers to be 100% happy with their orders and if this is not the case we will endeavour to rectify a problem. Please parcel up the pillows and return them to us and we will refund them for you along with your postage or if you'd prefer we can send out a new pair just let us know.
