We have sold thousands of fitted sheets over the last decade and the only time when we receive this complaint is when someone thinks they have a King Size bed but it actually turns out that it's not. I suspect this is the case. Please measure the bed and email us confirmation. If it turns out that the sheet is in fact "the incorrect size" we will send you another one immediately.
