“I purchased a king size duck down 4.5 tog duvet. I am very disappointed that the down is very poorly distributed. Some pockets are full whilst others have hardly any filling, and one pocket is completely empty. It isn't that there are just a few pockets like this - the whole duvet is really unevenly filled. At £180 I expected much better quality control.”
