“Received a faulty clock on Tuesday 16th Feb, the hourly dial is broken. I reported it the next day and have tried using the ‘help’ button but have not received further communication from Beaumonde. I was holding on to leave this review in case they would contact me... but nothing. It is a pity I didn’t read some of the reviews before making the purchase through them. The clock actually was delivered very quickly, but it seems that selling faulty items is the core of their business.”
