“Having ordered in early Jan, I have yet to receive my clock. More upsetting still, I returned another item to Beaumonde, at considerable expense, and more than 2 weeks later I have yet to receive acknowledgement of the return or a refund. With no phone number and cert slow email responses, communication with Beaumonde is impossible. I bitterly regret buying anything from them.”
