“Still trying to sort out stability in the gas system which continually wants to pop and blow and then will go out, even on high. Not convinced on the solutions on line and the assembly manual mentions nothing of having to check the gas pipework or burners.
My old Spirit Classic did have troubleshooting and issue solving in the user manual but this does not seem to. May end up having to contact Customer Services if I can't sort myself. Factory fitted and setup you would think that any issues would have been ironed out before packing for sale.”
“I’ve been a longtime BBQ home chef and have always sworn by my Weber Kettle charcoal bbq. I decided that moving to a gas bbq made sense as it was instant heat and you are able to regulate and maintain temperature for extended periods. Also it was clean and efficient. No more smoke filling the house on warm summer days making clothes and curtains smell of smoke. The Spirit 320 has 3 separate burners and a side burner for boiling veg or corn on the cob. I can now easily cook multiple things all needing different temperatures and lengths of time and move anything that’s done up to the stainless steel rack above the cooking area. Jacket potatoes are now perfect every time. This bbq is a revelation! Build time as about 1.5 hours and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow for me and my 12 yo son. Delivery was with a working week and was well wrapped and protected by a pallet. No complaints and would highly recommend both BBQWorld and the Weber Spirit I E-320.”
“As you’d expect with Weber a good robust bbq.
We were upgrading from a previous Spirit 300 (13-14 years old). This one has a side burner too. We like the left hand side table lifts up and down and that the control knobs are now at the front (on side table on previous model). It also features the grill with the removable central circle so you can install various accessories which we didn’t have before. The warming/ keep warm rack is further off the main grill plate now - was always a bit close before. Also like that the lid slides nicely and seems to take up less space. Still to put it through it’s full paces but would appear to be able to do everything you’d expect so looking forward to many happy hours of BBQing with direct and indirect heat.
It’s worth noting construction is as always time consuming. The instructions are good, but the bits come out of the box in a random order, and similar parts may not be colocated. Just remember to allow plenty of time and to have a source to get rid of the packaging to (it just takes up lots of space.”
“Bought to replace my 15 year old well used Weber. Still got to get used to the burner arrangement going front to back rather than side to side. I mostly use the rotisserie and frankly the old Weber was better with more clearance but depth but no doubt I'll get to grips. Very well built BBQ and can see no reason why it shouldn't last as long as the old one.”
“Does exactly what it says! First time i used it was for a BBQ for our local church, cooking for 70 people and it handled it great. Very happy with this BBQ.”
