“The service from BBQ World was excellent from purchase to delivery. As for the product, we're happy with it as it lives up to expectations from previously having a Weber gas bbq that lasted about 14 yrs. However, people should be prepared for a long and complicated assembly. I personally couldn't begin to do it but my (male) partner rose to the challenge (3+ hours i reckon). And what has totally naffed me off is Weber putting a completely unnecessary sticker on one of the stainless steel shelves which has mega adhesive glue that is going to take a lot of effort to remove. A Weber employee (man) who does not have to think about the work of cleaning is no doubt responsible. Please sack him at once!”
