“Lovely bbq. Did a lot of research before buying. I didn’t really want to spend this much on a bbq but now very glad I did. A little expensive but you do get what you pay for. With the 10 year guarantee it should last me years. I’ve treated myself to a hot plate, which cooked vegetables great, fantastic roasted potatoes and also a poultry roaster. Not cheap, but it produced the best, most juicy chicken I think I have ever tasted. Jerk chicken planed for the weekend. Great bbq at a great price. Many thanks”

“Bbq great but delivery process confusing & frustrating. Use of different couriers on different days not clear - it needs a single clear e mail to explain what to expect. I stayed in expecting a BBQ & the foils trays arrived ! BBQ came next day. Needed to get phone BBQW to clarify & finally understood my order was coming as 3 separate parcels in 3 separate deliveries. With some clearer communication the whole process should have been a lot easier.”
