Delivery was straightforward. It arrives on a pallet on the street so if you have steps or a difficult to access property then be aware you need to take it inside yourself, so check the weight and your abilities, and definitely have someone to help.
Easy to assemble following the instructions, took an hour or so being careful to get things right.”

Very high quality product packaged extremely well. I have seen some negative comments about assembling this bbq, but I found the instructions perfectly clear, all the parts easily identifiable and all the nuts, bolts and screws etc were in numbered packages that were referred to in the instructions. I did not have any problems at all and the assembly was straighforward.
The BBQ works amazingly well! It is far more efficient than my old one (a different make) and seems to be a lot hotter so I had to dial it back compared to my old one. For sure this will save on gas usage. There were also hardly any flare ups due to the design, and once I had got used to the lower settings none at all. Food was cooked perfectly. I bought this one as I dont need a large bbq any more, but this could easily cook for four to six people.
I used to have a Weber charcoal bbq many years ago that was fantastic. Don't know why I bothered with other makes in between. This is a high quality BBQ in true Weber style and I highly recommend it!”
