Do you like  STEAK and BBQ ? Are you interested in learning and tasting a range of different steaks? We have an exclusive Butchery and Steak Master Class  at BBQ Land, partnering with Oli from Ingle & Caves Family Butchers and Jack from Jack's Meatshack. Saturday, 21st January 2023 ( 14:30 - 17:30) Master Class: You'll be watching butchery and steak cookery Maximum 12 persons About our instructors: Oli is a 4th generation butcher with 25 years of experience and is a Scotch Beef Specialist at Ingle & Caves Family Butchers Marston Mortaine.  Jack is an expert in live-fire cooking, having worked closely with the largest barbecue brands in the world and producing content for them on a regular basis. About the course: On this Masterclass Oli will take you through the breakdown process of a 21-day dry-aged Scottish Rump & Loin Roasting and talk through the different cuts. Jack will then work his magic and cook the steaks up for tasting across Kamado, Pellet and the Gozney Dome. You'll be seeing and sampling the following steaks: D Rump cut Picanha steak (rump cap) Fillet steak Sirloin steak Porterhouse t-bone Cote de boeuf / shortcut tomahawk Ribeye When else will you have the chance to see a butchery-to-fire experience and taste it? The course will be held in our undercover purpose-built BBQ area just outside of Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG4 7HD, so come rain or shine, you'll be sure to have a cracking day. Free Refreshments will be provided during the Class.
