“Excellent small pizza oven. Fired by wood pellets and ready to cook in 10 minutes. Cooks a pizza in 60 seconds. Extremely portable and carry bag is available to buy. Have seen them at summer agricultural shows over the last two years and gave taken the plunge and bought one. Can also grill steaks on cast iron griddle.”

“The Uuni 3 is one of those products that just screams good design. It's compact (for what it achieves), easy to assemble, works as promised and even looks good in a minimalist kind of way I like. BBQ Land dispatched the Uuni 3 quickly and it arrived well packed and undamaged - I've since ordered a Bullet Smoker from them. So far the Uuni has been excellent. Apart from various different pizzas (which really do cook in 60 secs) I've cooked chicken, hallumi (particularly impressive), steak, lamb, bell peppers and aubergine (the last two, to char and peel them). Experiments lined up are fish, flatbreads, like pittas and chapatis. The sizzler pan came as part of the bundle and I'm glad it did. Putting a steak on it after preheating produces the white smoke I've never managed to get before searing a steak and a rare/blue ribeye's done in about 2 minutes flat. Likewise, lamb. Hallumi is delicious and done in a minute so will quickly burn. Tips - If you're not used to cooking pizza from scratch you'll probably mess up the first time. - Pizza dough is easier to make than you think. Well worth using the slow-rise method in the fridge over night. - Prepare all topping ingredients in advance (mise en place) because everything cooks so quickly. - For the reasons above, use several pizza peels if you have them and use plenty of flour to prevent sticking. - Check the pellet hopper and top it up every few minutes. Would be great if this were bigger. - Wind can have a significant effect on the oven's able to heat up, so either shield the oven or move it so the wind's blowing from a useful direction. All in all 100% satisfied with the Uuni 3 and BBQ Land.”

“Completely amazed by this product. It is very easy to assemble and comes well packaged. Everything you need to get going is in this bundle so it's really worth buying together for your first time purchase. I was dubious about the blurb that you can cook a pizza in 60 seconds; happy to say it's completely true. I was shocked! Our pizzas were incredible. BBQ land were great on communication and processing. There was something wrong with the address of my order so I got in touch immediately and they were very responsive. Excellent product, excellent service .”

“This really is the best way to get proper pizza at home so simple to use and quick making pizza in less than 2 minutes I would recommend using an infrared thermometer to make sure the stone base is up to cooking temperature.”
