“Love it love it love it! Took a bit of faffing the first time but now cook lots on it. Use maize meal / polenta to dust the wooden pizza peel to launch the pizza (I found a bit of plywood in the garage and use that - didn’t pay for a special one!) and use the metal pizza peel to turn and remove. No sticking. Also use a cast iron skillet to make peach and blueberry cobbler after every pizza session while the oven is cooling down and have also roasted a salmon side in the griddle pan. Am using it more than I thought I would - it’s awesome”
