“We've had the Technoroast for several weeks now and I honestly can't recommend it enough. After half a dozen cooks now we're starting to get the hang of the BBQ. Each time it's been amazing!! From starting up coals to finishing cooking in under 60 mins!! The skewer positions are 2.5cm apart so the principle is very small pieces on a skewer. We tend to have slightly larger pieces and use every other skewer point. This still means we can have 20 skewers going at once. As a skewer only takes a couple of minutes to cook you can have a constant flow of food coming off the bbq. Skewers need to be under 3.5mm and if using bamboo skewers I highly recommend to soak the skewers to avoid them burning through. Optional Fan attachment blows fresh air right at the base of coals at multiple point along the BBQ and helps keep a constant temp. As the BBQ has a chain drive rotation on the skewer attachments all you need to do is place the skewers in the skewer grips, sit back, drink a beverage and wait for your food to cook. We have 8 different styles of BBQ and this is becoming a firm favourite. Would highly, highly recommend!!”
