“I looked at many different products before finally choosing the Ozpig. I made my order, paid my money and received the goods within five days. All very simple and efficient and impressive. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the Ozpig made a classy addition to my patio. It worked exactly as it said it would and I was a very happy customer. Then you shot yourself in the foot. I wanted to buy a few accessories to go with the basic product - and there was a blank wall. No response to my phone calls - in fact only a phone message to say “It has not been possible to connect you. Please try again later!”. I did, several times - nothing. I tried using your email address and didn’t even get a courtesy reply - nothing. If you are going to run a business successfully you MUST provide efficient after sales service. I have gone to another outlet and they have supplied one of the accessory parts I was after. I still would like a couple more. Can you help? But be quick!”

“Very well made outdoor heater and BBQ. Comes with cooking and warming plates. 5 piece chimney really helps to keep the (minimal) smoke away from the immediate area.”
