“Really good bundle. Takes some assembly but I think you understand it better for doing so. Griddle option really nice but tend to use the grills more often.
Loses a star because of two points (neither of which bother me too much):
1. Rotisserie attachment is too weedy and temperamental
2. Software flakey - the electronics let this product down (I'm a technology guy) connectivity to mobile phone not reliable and one gets minor bugs on the devices itself.
If Masterbuilt sorted out these two things it would be a killer product.
Still very happy with the product and would heartily recommend.
I have previously had two pellet grills and weber charcoal bbqs and this is by far my favourite bbq ever. Don't let my critical review put you off!”
