“After having various other 'restaurant grade' charcoaI brands, I learned that you need to empty out the bag to get rid of the kilos of charcoal dust and bits that were way too small to use. I did the same with the Masterbuilt stuff and was pleasantly by the good sized chunks and lack of dust in the bag. I'd say a definite winner from my point of view.”
