Class to show you how to cook a complete Christmas Dinner on your Kamado BBQ. This is a hands-on class, during which you will be given the opportunity to help prepare and cook some dishes on a range of Kamado's, including a Junior / Compact, Classic II, Big Joe III and Large Bastard. Stars of the Cook; Roast Turkey with Bacon Lattice Rib of Beef Glazed Christmas Ham and plenty of side dishes, including; Crispy Roast Potatoes Yorkshire Puddings Roasted Carrots and Parsnips Sausage Meat a couple of different ways Brussels Sprouts on a BBQ! and a Christmas dessert It will be a friendly, intimate class where you can watch a Kamado BBQ expert in action, ask questions, help with the food preparation, and be well-fed and watered throughout! Everything that is cooked must be eaten, so you will not go home hungry! We'll provide tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout, so you won't go thirsty, whatever the weather. This Class is held in our undercover purpose built BBQ area just outside of Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG4 7HD so come rain or shine you'll be sure to have a cracking day.
