“The BBQ itself is great with a solid build quality (particularly for its price). The only point I would raise was a number of the parts were dented or bent (I had to use a rubber mallet to assemble!!) This wasn't enough to return the BBQ but more an annoyance.

“Received the Landmann Kentucky Smoker within a couple of days of ordering the item from BBQland. Was really impressed with the speed of service in spite of current circumstances. The quality of the BBQ really looks top notch. Haven’t tried it yet as 2 parts were missing. It’s no fault of BBQLand as they are having to order it from Landmann. BBQland are on the case and have sent a request to Landmann. Until I receive the parts I can only put 3 stars.”
