Made from Swedish Alder Wood Use for cooking seafood in particular, but can also be used for meats 40cm x 14cm x 6mm thickness Allow the grilling plank to soak in a sink or large pan of hot water for at least 1 hour prior to grilling. Soaking adds moistureand makes the plank more resistant to burning while grilling. Prepare your fish or meat, and place on the pre-soaked plank. Place in the centre of the grill and close the lid. Keep a spray bottle of water handy to put out any excessive flames.
