“these are a perfect size and heavyweight for the job for the big pork butts, briskets and chuck. i have tried all sorts of others and either too thin, too small and wobbly or are for a turkey and moosive things,
have given up looking elsewhere. i also got a great tip forom someone else in the shop when i had them in my hand he was saying how good they and that you then just wash them out and re-use them. that concept hadnt entered my head and yet so obvious. i now wash them up and they are perfectly good for another couple of cooks at least”
