Jack (of Jack's meat shack fame) was a great course leader and showcased various techniques....I enjoyed myself so much was I ended up buying a new BBQ that was demonstrated on the day (please understand this was no sales pitch on their part, it was just too good a food to pass up being able to make myself at home.
I can't recommend this day enough. Loads of food and drinks included it's a must for anyone into BBQ!”
